Calls handled by our AI call system may be recorded and transcribed. We keep personal data relating to your enquiry or client relationship for up to 12 months from your last interaction with us, after which we securely delete or anonymise it. We may keep some information for longer where the law requires it, for example accounting and tax records, which we typically keep for 6 years.
