The Challenge
Forte Property Group was growing but had no website at all. They were waiting on another web designer to build one. We got in touch after seeing one of their social media posts.
They work with landlords, councils and property partners, and each of those audiences wants something different. The challenge was making those propositions easy to understand without creating a website that felt fragmented.
What We Did
We built the full website in 5 days, structured around each audience, so every visitor gets a clear route into the business and a clear reason to take the next step. Councils get a clear route to accommodation supply, landlords a clear route to property management, and investors a clear route to property partnerships.
Behind the website we set up a CRM, so every enquiry is captured and followed up. We also supplied their logo in the correct formats for web and print.
