From a TikTok account with a few videos to a complete business ecosystem: a new brand, a website, and the clinic’s own booking platform with everything in one place.
The Challenge
Before working with us, Moseley Aesthetics had no website, no booking system and no brand, just a TikTok account with a few videos.
Aesthetics customers also don’t always arrive knowing the name of the treatment they need, so the clinic needed a way to guide people from “What do I need?” to “Book me in.”
What We Did
We created a complete brand identity, then built the website around clear journeys through treatments, concerns, pricing and consultation, so visitors understand their options before moving naturally towards booking. Prices are published before the booking step, and a “start here” page gives first-time visitors a clear place to begin.
Every booking goes through the clinic’s own custom booking platform on the website, connected to a CRM and automations. There are no external booking tools: everything is in one place. We also set up the Google Business Profile, local SEO for Moseley and Birmingham, the price list and a social media plan.

Since launch, bookings have grown steadily and admin time has dropped sharply, because bookings, client records and follow-up all run through one system the clinic owns.
