Sapphire Living Care: Case Study
From a 5-page launch site in 2024 to a full rebuild in 2025: a website, Meta ads and automations that now bring Sapphire Living Care 10+ landlord enquiries a week.
The Challenge
When Sapphire Living Care launched in 2024, it needed an online presence quickly. We built a simple 5-page website designed to attract landlords and get the business going.
The business grew fast. By 2025 Sapphire was managing over 50 properties and had taken on an office and more staff. The website needed to match its new position and speak to a wider audience: councils, charities and HMO landlords as well as private landlords.
What We Did
In August 2025 we rebuilt the website in 7 days. We heavily upgraded the messaging and copywriting for each audience, added more proof of the work Sapphire does, refreshed the logo and branding, and added an application process for tenants.
Behind the site we integrated a CRM, set up the Google Business Profile and built automations so every enquiry is captured and followed up. We now run Meta ads that bring landlord enquiries straight into that system.
